Customer Service Representative

ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating a lively and upbeat store environment for customers and colleagues
- Engaging multiple clients at the cash wrap and providing personalized service
- Accurately and efficiently processing register transactions, sales, returns, and exchanges
- Ensuring accurate pricing and ringing of merchandise, using price overrides when necessary
- Managing customer expectations, clearly communicating product information, care, and maintenance
- Affirming purchases and offering additional merchandise suggestions
- Sharing information about promotions and in-store events
- Maintaining visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
- Maximizing resources to meet customer needs and resolve issues
- Performing other duties as assigned by management, in accordance with Company policies and procedures
We're looking for candidates who:
- Excel at closing sales and exceeding goals
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and thinks outside the box
- Are passionate about creating lasting relationships with customers
- Can articulate customer needs and preferences
- Succeed in a team environment and work independently
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Can prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and operate a POS system
- Are able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The anticipated pay range for this role is $17.75-$18.75 per hour.
