Responsibilities

As a member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating a lively and upbeat store environment for customers and colleagues
  • Engaging multiple clients at the cash wrap and providing personalized service
  • Accurately and efficiently processing register transactions, sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Ensuring accurate pricing and ringing of merchandise, using price overrides when necessary
  • Managing customer expectations, clearly communicating product information, care, and maintenance
  • Affirming purchases and offering additional merchandise suggestions
  • Sharing information about promotions and in-store events
  • Maintaining visual standards and supplies of the cash wrap area
  • Maximizing resources to meet customer needs and resolve issues
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, in accordance with Company policies and procedures
Criteria

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Excel at closing sales and exceeding goals
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and thinks outside the box
  • Are passionate about creating lasting relationships with customers
  • Can articulate customer needs and preferences
  • Succeed in a team environment and work independently
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Can prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and operate a POS system
  • Are able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds
Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Pay is based on education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The anticipated pay range for this role is $17.75-$18.75 per hour.
