Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing specialized laboratory procedures independently.
  • Training and teaching laboratory personnel on laboratory procedures.
  • Observing and verifying documentation of less experienced staff.
  • Assisting with scheduling and drafting procedures as needed.
  • Completing special projects as assigned.

Requirements include:

  • ASCP certification or eligibility for equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Science.
  • Experience in the field is highly preferred.
