We are a well-established family-owned enterprise with a rich history of 38 years in the islands, employing over 150 dedicated individuals. The Art Source, Inc. serves as the parent organization for three affiliated brands - Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors, and CocoNene. Our primary focus is on the local production of customizable home products, including artwork, furniture, home decor, and unique gifts.

Currently, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at CocoNene, where we specialize in island-inspired home decor and personalized gifts. As a part of our team, you will embody the spirit of Aloha, engaging with customers and sharing our brand story.

Position Highlights:

  • We are looking for both part-time and full-time sales associates who are positive, driven, and ready to represent our brand at Kings' Shops.
  • This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
  • Full-time associates are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance, 401k, paid time off, and a generous employee discount.
  • Part-time associates also enjoy the employee discount across all affiliated brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the CocoNene brand by sharing our story and product offerings.
  • Assist customers in their shopping journey.
  • Achieve individual sales goals on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
  • Handle store opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Process transactions accurately using point of sale systems.

Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation and persuasion.
  • Organizational skills are a must.
  • A minimum of one year of retail experience is preferred.
  • Must be flexible and dependable.
  • Quick learner with reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Schedule:

4 days a week
