Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our OluKai team in Waikoloa. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our guests, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of OluKai products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are displayed in an attractive and inviting manner.
  • Sales and Inventory: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college education desired.
  • Skills: Strong communication, influencing, and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability: Availability to work nights, weekends, store openings, and closings, as well as holidays to meet business needs.
