Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This role will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate all hiring transactions for pending new hires, ensuring timely completion of background checks, occupational health screenings, and other necessary requirements.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants, HR Business Partners, and Occupational Health to manage concerns regarding the new hire/onboarding process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the new hire experience.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, leadership, and the HR team throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Maintain accurate records and system information to ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional knowledge in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
