About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This is a hybrid position, primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings and events.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying short and long-term staffing needs, executing effective recruitment strategies, and onboarding new hires. A strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices is essential.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have a basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment life cycle process, effectively communicate vacant open positions, and determine action plans for aged roles.
  • Analysis: Analyze recruitment trends, metrics, and data to support open position management and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Sourcing: Identify robust candidate pipelines, utilize external sourcing tools, and stay abreast of current recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Onboarding: Responsible for onboarding new hires, including virtual appointments and necessary onsite clearance processes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, and fluency in Spanish. A proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding is essential.

Benefits and Compensation

LIFEbridge Health offers a competitive salary range of $31.25-$51.27 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additionally, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$106,500, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming an hourly wage of $31.25-$51.27. This figure does not include additional forms of compensation or benefits offered by the employer.
