Strategic Onboarding Talent Acquisition Manager

LifeBridge Health is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Strategic Onboarding Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for organizing, streamlining, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires and transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all hiring transactions for pending new hires, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
- Coach new employees throughout the onboarding framework, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and track status updates within our applicant tracking system (ATS) and new hire trackers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the new hire experience.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants, HR Business Partners, and Occupational Health to manage concerns and delays related to the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive approach to outreach and follow-up with candidates, employees, and leadership.
