Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager

As a Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance to help them navigate the complexities of commercial banking.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $5-50 million, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships, leveraging your expertise in commercial lending, business development, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with local market stakeholders and teammates throughout the bank, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management, to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
- Lead and facilitate dialogue with clients and prospects on topics such as industry trends, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.
- Coach and mentor peers, utilizing your leadership skills to drive results and improve performance.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit, and portfolio management in business banking or middle market sector.
- Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business, and enhancing existing relationships.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
