Key Responsibilities
Your role will focus on refining and enhancing manufacturing processes across various stages, including melting, hot-working, finishing, and inspections. You will be instrumental in driving improvements that elevate safety standards, optimize equipment functionality, and enhance product quality.
Core Duties (additional responsibilities may be assigned)
- Maximize equipment efficiency and utilization.
- Refine material application techniques.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Establish optimal practices for resource usage in manufacturing equipment.
- Oversee technical aspects of maintenance operations and hot-working furnace upkeep.
- Support the identification, justification, and execution of capital needs.
- Develop enhancements to manufacturing processes and standards that improve workplace safety, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing statistical analysis and modeling tools as necessary.
- Facilitate team-based, cross-functional improvement activities, including risk assessments and process audits.
- Effectively communicate findings and results to management, colleagues, and stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a metals-related field.

- In-depth expertise in Process Engineering.
