Job Summary

ProSidian Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Safety and Health Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the Financial Services Industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend safety and health operation committee meetings and prepare meeting notes.
  • Schedule and coordinate safety and health committee meetings, conferences, and trainings.
  • Develop safety and health products, including fact sheets, job aids, web pages, video, newsletters, and electronic materials.
  • Provide support to the Compliance Officer with drafting various documents, including memoranda, issues papers, inspection reports, and other documents.
  • Prepare high-level safety and health inspection reports using completed inspections checklists.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of five years of experience in analyzing comprehensive safety and occupational health programs for large organizations. You will also need to have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
