**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accurately calculate customer bills using the dealership's computer system
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
  • Provide accurate change and issue receipts
  • Record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, verifying against all cash, checks, and credit card payments at the end of each shift
  • Address customer complaints professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel for resolution
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

**Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cashier experience; experience in an automotive dealership is advantageous
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance
