POSITION:

SHIFT:

COMPENSATION:

$20.20 per hour


ROLE OVERVIEW:

Housekeeping Associates are tasked with maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, which includes duties such as painting, lawn care, waste disposal, thorough cleaning of processing areas, managing and reporting any spills, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

It is essential for the Housekeeping Associate to uphold both the interior and exterior cleanliness of the facility.

Trustworthiness and self-motivation are crucial traits for this role. Associates must adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality, Production, Training, and Housekeeping standards, and follow instructions provided by supervisors.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Basic computer proficiency


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Age: Must be 18 years or older

Comprehension: Ability to read, write, understand, and follow both verbal and written instructions, as well as perform basic mathematical tasks.


Critical Thinking:

Utilizing logic and reasoning to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of various solutions, conclusions, or approaches to challenges.


Safety Awareness:

Ensuring personal and co-worker safety at all times without exception.


Time Management Skills:

Arriving punctually, reliably completing tasks by deadlines, and adapting to changes in priorities with minimal oversight.


Collaboration:

Working effectively with others to achieve team objectives and adjusting to significant changes.

Grasping the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

Fully engaging with what others are saying, taking time to comprehend the points being made, and asking relevant questions.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regular duties may include:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent physical activity including walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and climbing
  • Performing tasks while wearing personal protective equipment
  • Working in varying temperature conditions, including both cold and hot environments for extended periods
  • Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
