Hair Stylist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our team at Supercuts. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, performing haircuts, color and highlights, waxing and specialty services, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest's needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures, and light housekeeping duties.
- Stand for sustained periods of time, lift up to 10 pounds, and perform continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.
- Be exposed to various chemicals and fragrances used in performing services and observe guest's hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to communicate with guests regarding services offered and requested and the guest's needs and wants.
