Supervisor of Credit Card Services

At Tower, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Credit Card Services to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Card Services department, you will be responsible for managing and implementing the day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Credit Card Services team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement performance benchmarks and metrics to measure team performance.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, including work and staff schedules.
- Ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures, as well as all relevant regulations.
- 2-year AA degree preferred and minimum 4 years related experience.
- Project and team management experience.
- Two years supervisory or lead/senior experience.
- Knowledge of electronic payments/products industry.
The ideal candidate will be able to work the hours needed, which may extend beyond the defined work schedule when operating conditions dictate. Primarily weekdays, some weekends, alternate work schedule available.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs., with or without assistance, in compliance with ADA.
Must be dependable, consistently ready for work as scheduled and effectively manage time at work with frequent interruptions.
