Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Therapist or Social Services Professional to join our team at Integrated Services for Behavioral Health. As an Intensive Home-based Treatment Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to youth and families in Morgan and Washington Counties, OH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical treatment using evidence-based models and principles, including leveraging strengths and focusing on the positive, understanding frames, patterns, and increasing mature behavior.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families to gather information on behaviors of concern and strengths in the family and their ecology.
  • Work collaboratively with families to define cultural factors that influence strengths, functioning, and family behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individual and family psychotherapy services that support identified needs.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with community resources to meet the needs of each family.
  • Engage primary caregivers, family members, supports, and community agency staff in change-oriented treatment.
  • Participate in weekly case planning and evaluation of case progress, with ongoing support from supervisors and team members.
  • Receive regular training, professional development, supervision, and consultation activities to enhance clinical skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure clients have access to support 24 hours/day, 7 days/week as needed.
  • Maintain necessary documentation, participate in program evaluation, and attend team and program planning meetings.
Requirements
  • Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
  • Experience and passion for delivering services to youth and families.
  • Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse community of clients.
  • Knowledge of or experience engaging with families in the community.
  • Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
  • Broad knowledge of community service systems.
  • Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team building activities.
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
