Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist or Social Worker to join our team at Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with children and families in Morgan/Washington County, OH. As a Licensed Therapist or Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical treatment using the Intensive Family and System Treatment (I-FAST) model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on leveraging strengths and promoting positive behavior change.
  • Work collaboratively with families, community resources, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support and care.
  • Provide individual and family psychotherapy services, as well as case planning and evaluation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of the I-FAST model.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and care for clients 24/7.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in program evaluation and planning.
  • Meet billing productivity requirements and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must meet licensure requirements as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
  • Experience working with children and families, particularly in a behavioral health setting.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
