Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food products according to company standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the café area and surrounding areas.
  • Restock and rotate merchandise as needed to ensure a positive member experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
