Job Title: Licensed Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Therapist, you will work with children and families to provide intensive, strength-based treatment using the I-FAST model. You will conduct thorough assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and provide individual and family psychotherapy services to support identified needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model and principles.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement collaborative treatment plans with clients and families.
  • Provide individual and family psychotherapy services to support identified needs.
  • Work collaboratively with community resources to meet the needs of each family.
  • Engage primary caregivers, family members, and community agency staff in change-oriented treatment.
  • Participate in weekly case planning and evaluation of case progress.
  • Receive regular training, supervision, and consultation activities to develop clinical skills.
  • Maintain necessary documentation and participate in program evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
  • Experience and passion for delivering services to youth and families.
  • Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse community of clients.
  • Knowledge of or experience engaging with families in the community.
  • Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
  • Broad knowledge of community service systems.
  • Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team building activities.
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
