Job Description:



We are seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Arena Technical Resources. As a key member of our dynamic program team, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting complex collaboration services based on AV/VTC/VoIP technologies and components.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Perform day-to-day activities required to manage AV/VTC systems and Collaboration services, including implementation and management, as well as troubleshooting of complex network issues.

  • Provide installation and break/fix support to all AV/VTC/Collaboration infrastructure components.

  • Perform basic system administration and configuration, including network, security, management, SNMP, NTP, backups, diagnostics, reports, and more.

  • Communicate between CMS and Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), view active calls, check cluster status, and perform other basic operations tasks.

  • Expressway administration, fraudulent call checks, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Add or modify an endpoint, perform and verify backups, and gather reports for distribution and review by senior team members and client.

  • Basic endpoint configuration and administration.



Requirements:





  • Must have 1-3 years of experience in backend collaboration and AV/VTC/VoIP infrastructures, including implementing and managing AV/VTC/VoIP and related collaboration equipment.

  • Must understand fundamentals of IP addressing, subnetting, default gateways, Layer 2 switching, trunking, VoIP network connections, Layer 3 routing, and basics of routing protocols like OSPF and BGP.

  • Must possess skills and knowledge in managing and troubleshooting complex collaboration services based on AV/VTC/VoIP technologies and components.

  • Must be a US Citizen (without dual citizenship) with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
