POSITION SUMMARY
A dynamic organization is in search of a meticulous and highly efficient Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of their dedicated team. This role is essential for maintaining seamless daily operations by delivering outstanding support to both the team and clients. - Compensation: $20-24/hour (based on experience)
- Location: Escondido, CA
- Job Type: Full-time, on-site
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service through prompt, accurate, and professional communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled, catering to both new and existing clientele.
- Efficiently manage data entry and oversee the processing of invoices and documentation related to client services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, adapt to changes, and a readiness to learn new processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), focused on fostering positive relationships.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and Internet tools.
- Preferred: Familiarity with QuickBooks or a willingness to acquire this skill.
