Position Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for executing a variety of HR functions in an administrative role.

This position focuses on data management, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all temporary staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage employee information for temporary warehouse personnel in the HRIS system.
- Keep all employee records current, including onboarding details and job assignments.
- Review and verify employee data for precision and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies to collect necessary employee information and facilitate timely onboarding.
- Monitor and document the performance and attendance of temporary workers.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to temporary personnel.
- Support various HR initiatives, including compliance checks and employee development programs.
- Maintain both digital and physical HR files, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
- Address employee inquiries through the HR communication channels and direct them to the appropriate HR representatives when needed.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, ideally within HR or logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company and employee information.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction across all levels of the organization.
