KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional service to clients of Stephens Insurance by managing the following tasks:

  • Processing endorsement requests
  • Binding new and renewal business, issuing certificates, and providing Auto ID Cards
  • Handling daily certificate requests
  • Conducting audits
  • Generating monthly reports
  • Preparing policy booklets and/or electronic policy versions
  • Creating and distributing pre-renewal summaries
  • Ordering loss runs and preparing premium and loss summaries
  • Assisting with additional tasks as directed by the account team, including the Account Manager and management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma, complemented by specialized training in this field, along with three years of experience in interactions with agents, insurance companies, and policyholders. Proven experience in managing documentation related to insurance policies, including applications, modifications, and renewals.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Must possess an Arkansas Property and Casualty license.
