Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at D.H. Pace Company, Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Prospect and secure new customers through aggressive sales activities
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years outside sales experience
  • Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired
  • Excellent time management skills, organization, and ability to multi-task
  • Valid Driver's License
