Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome Support office visitors and provide a warm welcome to our team.
  • Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Manage daily operations of the support office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Assist in resolving vendor issues or discrepancies, and maintain a positive working relationship with our partners.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the support office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Open and close the support office, ensuring a secure and organized workspace.
  • Provide Human Resources support and assistance, including employee learning management and collaboration with monthly Newsletter/announcements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with experience in accounts payable a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

This is an in-person position, and the salary range is $19-$23 per hour.
