Foothill De Anza Community College District is seeking a qualified Part-time Psychology Instructor to join our team. As a Psychology Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching psychology courses and contributing to the academic success of our students.
Responsibilities- Teach psychology courses, including lectures, discussions, and laboratory sessions.
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the college's goals and objectives.
- Evaluate student learning and provide feedback to students.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Experience teaching psychology courses at the community college level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Commitment to student-centered teaching and learning.
This is a part-time, non-tenure track position. The successful candidate will be required to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
