This role is eligible for a productivity-based wage increase of up to $2.00 within the first six months, with a maximum potential increase of $5.00.

WIS Retail Inventory Specialist – Morning Shifts Overview:


This WIS team collaborates with a select group of specialty retailers, providing tailored inventory solutions for their unique needs in the discount retail sector.

You will utilize our proprietary handheld devices to scan barcodes for current inventory at customer locations, delivering accurate inventory data that aids in informed business decisions and enhances customer support. Team Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

We encourage applications from candidates who:

- Have no prior experience or are re-entering the workforce.
- Have military experience.
- Do not possess a high school or college degree.


We are also seeking associates with backgrounds in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driving, and/or Warehouse roles.

Working Conditions:


This position necessitates the ability to stand for extended periods, with occasional walking; the ability to perform repetitive motions using both hands and wrists; the ability to frequently adopt low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to frequently use a ladder; the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.; and the ability to travel frequently by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
