Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Exceed sales goals, ensure premium customer service standards, and maintain accurate records using established sales systems.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle customer inquiries, lead tours for potential members, welcome members and guests warmly, and ensure the front desk area is organized and tidy.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Coaches to ensure smooth operations, participate in regular workouts, and follow up with potential clients and address their needs promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, participate in training programs, and studio events.
Requirements:
- Customer Service and Sales Skills: Strong customer service and sales skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education and Experience: High School diploma and preferably health and fitness oriented.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in a studio environment and willing to work morning and evening shifts, weekdays and occasional weekends.
Benefits:
- Compensation and Incentives: $20.00 per hour, bonuses based on performance, incentives tied to performance, and sales commissions.
