Job Title: Experienced Internet Salesperson

Join Tracy Toyota as an Experienced Internet Salesperson and take your sales career to the next level. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers on the sales floor, determining their vehicle preferences and needs.
  • Explain the features and benefits of various vehicles, demonstrating their capabilities and answering customer questions.
  • Research and recommend vehicles that meet customer requirements, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances, and financing options.
  • Prepare and process sales paperwork, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, providing a positive ownership experience and laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Maintain a prospect development system, staying up-to-date on new products and features.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and improve sales skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of related sales experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and colleagues.
  • Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to calculate figures and amounts.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
  • Current, valid State Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Report acceptable to insurance carriers.
Work Environment:

As an Experienced Internet Salesperson, you will work in a fast-paced sales environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and management. You will be required to stand and talk for extended periods, with occasional walking and sitting. You must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds and be comfortable working in a moderate noise level environment.
