Job Summary

As a Front Desk Sales Associate at Grand Fitness Mgmt, LLC, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests while upholding our Judgement Free Zone philosophy. This role requires a passion for our brand and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior level of customer service to members and guests
  • Assist with membership sign-ups, updates, and cancellations
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed
  • Perform retail transactions and drive sales goals
  • Regularly clean and sanitize equipment and facilities
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
  • Basic computer proficiency
