Position Overview: DSP III House Manager - 40 hours with on-call rotation
Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with less than two years of experience in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Alternatively, an Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited institution along with a minimum of two years but less than four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supervisory roles
Background in working with individuals facing mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges, including autism
Education and/or experience in counseling
Experience in teaching or related educational fields
Healthcare experience, such as nursing or nursing assistance
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a residential program tailored for individuals with intellectual disabilities, potentially including those with behavioral challenges. The candidate will be expected to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Supervise a team of approximately six to eight Direct Support Professionals (DSP I & II).
