Procurement Operations Specialist

Compass Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting procurement processes and implementing procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Ops lead to design, implement, and test new ERP systems (NetSuite) and ensure seamless integration with contract tools (Agiloft).
  • Support procurement systems upgrades and configurations (Coupa) and its integrations with contract tools (Agiloft).
  • Work closely with accounting, finance, legal, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with company guidelines, SOX requirements, and company policies.
  • Assist Accounts Payable with monthly and quarterly closing activities.
  • Develop and maintain a technical understanding of the industry and procurement process.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects, such as third-party risk vendor assessments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement operations with a minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement systems such as Coupa and ERP systems integrations (NetSuite preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Coupa and NetSuite.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems and optimize purchasing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
