Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Developing ongoing advisory relationships with clients by being accessible during business hours to address inquiries, clarify necessary repairs, and schedule future service appointments.
  • Encouraging the sale of relevant services, parts, and accessories by accurately assessing the customer's service requirements and possessing a comprehensive understanding of the Acura product and service offerings.
  • Formulating agreements with customers by identifying and confirming their service needs, documenting vehicle and customer details, and ensuring that no work commences without prior customer consent.
  • Verifying that all vehicle damages are properly recorded on the check-in documentation. Assisting in vehicle inspections to accurately determine customer service requirements, thereby minimizing the likelihood of return visits due to incorrect repair orders.
  • Maintaining the customer follow-up system in accordance with Acura's standards.

Compensation

PAY RANGE: $45,000 - $70,000 ANNUALLY

Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience with Rallye Motor Company.
  • Experience with CDK or E-Leads is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to learn automotive retail center computer systems (CDK system preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational capabilities.
  • Friendly and patient demeanor with excellent customer relations skills.
  • Professional appearance.
