Jewelry Sales Ambassador

At Cd Peacock, we're seeking a highly skilled Jewelry Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, modeling client-centric behaviors at all times
- Maintain and inspire clients with a deep knowledge of Cd Peacock's heritage and luxury products
- Acquire new customers and cultivate relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Focus on high-impact activities that drive client conversion and retention, subsequently driving revenue and inspiring loyalty to the Cd Peacock brand
- Participate in buys and special orders, based on client requests, and handle service requests, warranties, and repairs
- Uphold operational excellence by conducting case counts, routine inventories, and executing price accuracy
- Uphold and maintain visual and merchandising standards throughout the boutique
- Take part in maintaining a clean, safe, and conducive work environment for co-workers and clients
- Possess a thorough knowledge of all systems and software, including POS, CRM, Inventory Management Systems, iPhones, Microsoft Office, and Teams
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales and service goals through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge
- Achieve a healthy balance of sales through cross-selling efforts, including selling Rolex timepieces, other timepieces, and fine/fashion jewelry
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tied to service and clienteling metrics, such as secret shops, client surveys, retention rate, conversion rate, cross-selling, and top client growth
- Maximize learning opportunities through vendor immersions, sales and service trainings, product summits, and self-guided learnings
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs
- Must be able to stand a minimum of 5 hours
- Must be on the sales floor a minimum of 75%
- Must be able to work (on average) between hours per week
- Must utilize and be proficient in systems, software, and technology required to perform duties as a sales professional
- Must be fully flexible and available with scheduling and working weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must reflect and role model our company's Core Values at all times
- Must always reflect professionalism, honesty, and integrity
- Prior experience in luxury retail/jewelry and watches is preferred but not required
- Higher education (college degree, associates, or bachelors) is preferred but not required
- GIA Certification is preferred but not required
