About the Role

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ambassador at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere in our scoop shops
  • Prepare and serve high-quality ice cream products, including scooping, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to company standards and policies, including safety and sanitation procedures
