Ambassador of Sweet Delights

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ambassador at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams LLC.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere in our scoop shops
• Prepare and serve high-quality ice cream products, including scooping, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Adhere to company standards and policies, including safety and sanitation procedures

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a positive atmosphere
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies
