Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging movement lessons and workouts that cater to the needs of our athletes.
- Direct and manage small groups of individuals with varying abilities, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding their athlete's development, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Create and develop circuits that are tailored to the specific needs of our athletes, demonstrating knowledge of skill adaptations and a willingness to continually learn.
- Be creative and adaptable, modifying activities on the fly to meet the needs of our athletes.
- Excellent problem-solving and cognitive thinking skills.
- Caring and engaging personality, with the ability to connect with individuals of all ages and abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience in gymnastics, fitness, childcare, or teaching is a plus.
- Caring customer service and quality communication skills.
- Physical ability to spot and lift individuals weighing up to 100lbs or more.
Mini-Hops Gymnastics is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to teaching life lessons through the sport of gymnastics. We offer gymnastics and fitness activities for ages 5 months to adults in a safe, family-oriented environment. Our mission is to inspire individuals of all ages to conquer fears and develop a willingness to attempt new and challenging tasks.
