Coordinator of Procurement for Pathology

As the Procurement Coordinator for the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine, you will be the primary contact for all purchasing and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requisitions for designated faculty and laboratories utilizing various systems such as BruinBuy, P-card, Concur, and Facilities Service Request Systems.
- Process invoices and act as a liaison to ensure that purchase orders, invoices, and payments are handled efficiently.
- Review and process reimbursements, including travel and business expenses, as well as human subject reimbursements related to clinical studies and research.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
- Maintain comprehensive records and supporting documentation for all requisition and reimbursement requests.
Compensation:
Hourly rate of $54.74.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Ability to work on-site for a minimum of three days per week during the initial six months of employment.
- Familiarity with UCLA's purchasing policies and procedures is preferred.
- Understanding of UCLA's reimbursement policies is also preferred.
