- Proven experience in opening new restaurants, bars, and cafes, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Ability to take full responsibility for the success of the overall operations for the various outlets.
- Demonstrated strength in working alongside a range of backgrounds, skills, and professionals.
- Knowledgeable about how organizations work, with the ability to get things done through formal channels and the informal network.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Highly entrepreneurial and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other hospitality software.
- A competitive salary range of $135,000 - $150,000 per year.
