Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle hospitality, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
  • Proven experience in opening new restaurants, bars, and cafes, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to take full responsibility for the success of the overall operations for the various outlets.
  • Demonstrated strength in working alongside a range of backgrounds, skills, and professionals.
  • Knowledgeable about how organizations work, with the ability to get things done through formal channels and the informal network.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other hospitality software.
