Job Overview
As a Client Advisor at Tourneau|Bucherer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding sales objectives. With a passion for luxury watches and fine jewelry, you will be responsible for creating a positive, inviting, and elevated environment for discerning clients.

Sales Objectives
You will work to meet minimum sales objectives for each month, quarter, and year, while maximizing percentage-to-retail sales. You will also focus on developing long-term relationships with clients, utilizing the CRM system to follow up and provide personalized service.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a relationship with clients: greet them upon arrival, listen to their needs, and demonstrate outstanding product knowledge to educate and address their needs
- Explain the value of being a Tourneau|Bucherer client and leverage available tools to support making sales
- Partner with other Client Advisors to make sales and attend training sessions to increase product knowledge

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in sales in the luxury market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relation skills
- Sales-driven and results-oriented, with a team player attitude and willingness to adapt to new situations

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00-$25.00 + commission, as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our company.
