**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Priority Care Rehab Staffing. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients in skilled nursing facilities and home health care settings.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients to improve their daily living and occupational skills.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience in home health care or skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
