Overview

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent with licensure or certification within the state providing services
  • At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
