Job Title: Expansion Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Expansion Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Kelly Tractor CAT, a leading Caterpillar dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with new and dormant accounts to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target new and dormant accounts within the assigned territory through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge: Effectively present and demonstrate Caterpillar products, solutions, and services to prospective customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, is an advantage. Fresh graduates or individuals with limited sales experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and persuasive presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivation and Drive: Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet or exceed sales targets in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Genuine passion for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge or aptitude to learn about Caterpillar products, services, and industry-specific applications.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ethics and Integrity: Demonstrate high ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
