Synergy Auto Deals is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic BDC/Internet Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and performing long-term follow-up on unsold customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects through their preferred method of communication.
  • Manage internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock.
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
  • Monitor company website vehicle specifications and availability.
  • Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles.
  • Disclose terms of sales with consumers and review sales with dealership management.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with customers.
  • Internet savvy with good computer skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent follow-through and follow-up skills.
  • Bilingual a plus.
