Job Description:
Della Infotech is seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, mail sorting, and office equipment operation. You will also provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and distribute mail, ensuring that all correspondence is properly addressed and delivered.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files as needed.
  • Operate office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and computers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.


Salary & Benefits:
$48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
