Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a robust candidate pipeline for diverse roles through innovative sourcing techniques
  • Recruiting, evaluating, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Administering skills assessments, background investigations, and additional evaluations
  • Engaging with both blue-collar and white-collar candidates directly
  • Promoting candidates to clients and marketing services
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards
  • Thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Facilitating onboarding processes for temporary workforce
  • Serving as a communication bridge between clients and the office

  • Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous
