As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering all products with warm, personalized attention to each guest while representing our brand with professionalism.

This role will report to the Market Manager.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic about guest interactions
• Deeply passionate about coffee, tea, and fresh juices
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
• ServSafe certification is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the opening and closing of the Market in accordance with established protocols
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment to prepare gourmet beverages and pastries
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times
• Help with the storage, stocking, rotation, and upkeep of all products
• Count and report inventory levels of ingredients used
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the establishment
• Perform all other assigned duties
