Job Overview

The Environmental Services Associate is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of designated areas to ensure satisfaction among clients, customers, and patients. The specific duties and responsibilities may differ based on the requirements of the location and the needs of the business.

Shifts Available:

1st shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation: $12/hr - $13/hr, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

? Complies with established protocols to maintain a safe working environment, including adherence to OSHA and local regulations
? Conducts thorough cleaning and sanitization of patient and resident areas, which may involve vacuuming, dusting, bed maintenance, and the disposal of both general and hazardous waste. Cleans restrooms in accordance with infection control standards.
? Properly maintains and cleans all housekeeping equipment
? Ensures assigned areas meet the standards set by Aramark and the client
? Follows guidelines for waste storage and disposal, transporting waste to designated locations
? Reports maintenance issues through appropriate channels
? Maintains a friendly and efficient customer service attitude towards clients, patients, and colleagues, adapting to their needs
? Secures the premises, ensuring proper locking and unlocking as required
? Safeguards company assets
? Performs additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

? Previous experience in custodial services is preferred
? Ability to adhere to basic safety guidelines and protocols

This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
