About the Position

Forward March Inc. is seeking a talented Heavy Equipment Service Specialist to join our team as a Maintenance Technician IV. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for various types of construction equipment.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on construction equipment, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with heavy equipment, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience as a technician in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Valid driver's license and DOT medical card.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
