REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences that challenge students academically and prepare them for future success.
  • Uphold high standards for academic, behavioral, and social achievement.
  • Familiarize oneself with and adhere to all Wisconsin DPI teacher standards.
  • Collaborate with an Instructional Coach to enhance teaching practices aimed at improving outcomes for traditionally underserved students.
  • Implement best practices in instructional delivery and classroom management.
  • Foster a culture of learning, respect, trust, and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with students and their families, actively involving parents in the educational process.
  • Utilize data analysis to create individualized learning plans and establish team objectives.
  • Integrate technology effectively into daily instruction.
  • Maintain a receptive attitude towards feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Regularly update student records and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
  • Support the mission and values of Carmen Schools of Science & Technology.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures of the organization.
  • Maintain a current Wisconsin Teacher License or equivalent in all subject areas taught.
