Job Title: Swim Instructor - Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at St. Augustine Preparatory Academy. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to swim, while also promoting water safety and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve team goals
Requirements:
  • Current Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certification
  • Experience teaching swim lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
