Key Responsibilities- Department Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the commercial department, including scheduling, dispatching, and project management.
- Operational Planning: Plan and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed.
- Workforce Management: Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost-effective manner.
- Project Delivery: Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Performance Management: Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve.
- Talent Development: Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly, and yearly performance reviews.
- Employee Development: Assist with hiring, training, and developing new employees.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, highly preferred.
- Experience: Experience in managing employee performance, hiring, and training.
- Customer Focus: Experienced in communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations.
- Technical Skills: Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
